Directions for use
For a 12% solution, mix 1 scoop of Electrolyte Rush with every 200ml of water and consume 150-200ml every 15-20 minutes during exercise. For a 6% solution, mix half a scoop with every 200ml of water. Individuals differ with regard to their carbohydrate absorption capacity during exercise, so its important to experiment with dosing to find the right concentration suitable for a given individual.
