Five Ingredient Double Chocolate Mousse

Five ingredients. Double chocolate. Taste sensation. This delectable keto dessert will get your tastebuds tingling. Perfect for all you chocaholics, this dessert couldn’t be any simpler, or any tastier.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. Lily's Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered erythritol
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a pan, melt the chocolate chips on low heat, then stir through ¼ cup of heavy cream.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and erythritol.
  • Combine the two mixtures and add cocoa powder.
  • Beat the mixture well.
  • In a new bowl, beat the remaining heavy cream until whipped.
  • Pour alternate layers of chocolate and cream into 2 serving cups, and garnish with chocolate shavings.

Sugar Free Peanut Butter Fudge

For a sweet after-dinner treat that can’t be beat, sink your teeth into this stunning Sugar Free Peanut Butter Fudge. Anyone with a sweet tooth will adore this flavoursome, guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk (unsweetened)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla liquid stevia (optional)

Instructions

  • Place peanut butter and coconut oil in a cup and melt slightly in the microwave (10-20 seconds).
  • Pour into a blender and add the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend thoroughly.
  • Pour the mixture into a lined pan, and place into the fridge until set (approx. 2 hours).
